Florida Marriage License Application form

We will contact you via E-mail when we received your application.

Payments with Money Order:

  1. Fill out the application and print the form.
  2. Make copies of both of you Governmental ID's.
  3. Mail the Money Order made out to Events and More Int'l LLC, the application form and copies of your ID's to the address below. We only accept US Money Orders.

Florida Marriage License Application form

If you have specific needs or have to express file, please contact us before submitting your application. All customers must have a valid E-mail address to apply for a marriage license by mail.

The Florida Marriage License by mail service is provided by Events and More Int'l LLC.

Package options and shipping differences:

Events and More Int'l LLC ships all documents to the Clerk of Court via Fed Ex ground, regardless what package you choose. Fed Ex shipments go out once or twice a week unless express filing is neccassary.

Fed Ex one way shipments included in the packages are pertaining to the finished license and how it will be mailed to you. All certified copy's after the wedding will be mailed to you via USPS. Customers that choose Fed Ex two way option (package 4 and 5) receive their finished marriage license and the certified copy via Fed Ex. All applicants have to provide a physical address since Fed Ex can not ship to a PO Box.

 

Florida Marriage License by Mail /Package 1

$180.00 incl. shipping

Application including all filing fees for US non Florida residents, one way shipment via Fed Ex (non express - ground). This package is not available for international couples unless the finished license can be mailed via Fed Ex to an address within the US.

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate. This package is only available for applications with more then 60 days prior the wedding date.

Florida Marriage License by Mail / Package 2

$200.00 incl. shipping

Application including all filing fees for US non Florida residents, one way shipment via Fed Ex (non express-ground).

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate. This package is available for applications 59- 30 days prior the wedding date.

Florida Marriage License by Mail /Package 3

$265.00 incl. shipping

Application including all filing fees for international applicants, one way shipment via Fed Ex international.

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate. This package is only available for applications with more then 45 days prior the wedding date but less then 60 days.

Florida Marriage License by Mail /Package 4

Application including all filing fees for US non Florida residents, two way shipment via /Fed Ex.

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate. This package is only available for applications more then 30 days prior the wedding date.

Florida Marriage License by Mail /Package 5

Application of the marriage license including all filing fees for international applicants, two way shipment via Fed Ex international.

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate. This package is only available for applications more then 45 days prior the wedding date.

Application of the marriage license and Apostille including all filing fees for non US residents, one way shipment via Fed Ex. (This package is also available as a two way Fed Ex shippment please contact us)

Applicants receive 1 certified copy of the marriage certificate and 1 Apostille. This package is only available for applications more then 45 days prior the wedding date.

Marriage license by mail Express processing with overnight carrier (US Residents)

All applications less then 30 days prior the wedding date have to be express filed with us. Documents will have to be shipped via Fed Ex overnight. It is not possible to apply for a marriage license by mail less then 10 working days prior the wedding date.

Marriage license by mail Express processing with overnight carrier (non US Residents, with or without Apostille service)

All applications less then 45 days prior the wedding date have to express filed with us. Documents will have to be shipped via Fed Ex international. It is not possible to apply for a marriage license by mail less then 15 working days prior the wedding date.
