Please type all your information in the online form and print the online document. If you don't see a print button please right click anywhere inside the document and select print. You may scan the document in along with copies of your ID's and E-mail or fax the application to us. It is very important that you provide us with a valid E-mail address. If your primary E-mail is not the same than the one you made your paypal payment with, please inform us. We receive many E-mails per day and if the E-mail or payee is not the same than the applicants we have no way to match the documents with the correct person. Please do not E-mail or fax us applications before you made a payment. We will contact you via E-mail when we received your application.

Please note: All applicats have to have access to an E-mail to receive the paperwork. The Application by mail with money order is solely there to provide a secondary payment option. We don't accept personal checks. Please notify us via phone or E-mail before mailing out your application.

- Package options and shipping differences:
Events and More Inc. ships all documents to the Clerk of Court via Fed Ex ground, regardless what package you choose. Fed Ex shipments go out once or twice a week unless express filing is neccassary.
Fed Ex one way shipments included in the packages are pertaining to the finished license and how it will be mailed to you. All certified copy's after the wedding will be mailed to you via USPS. Customers that choose Fed Ex two way option (package 4 and 5) receive their finished marriage license and the certified copy via Fed Ex. All applicants have to provide a physical address since Fed Ex can not ship to a PO Box.
